DEADLINE SHORTENED - RETURN TO PLAY SUMMER WORKOUT SIGN-UP

Good afternoon,

I found out today I need to have names and emails of athletes who will be participating in the Return to Play Summer Workout submitted by early tomorrow morning. Therefore, the deadline to sign-up will be tonight, Tuesday, June 30 at 11:59PM. As of now, I will be not be able to add anyone after the deadline, so if you want to work out with fellow swimmers this summer please fill out the form below before 11:59PM TONIGHT (TUESDAY, JUNE 30).

As a reminder, these will all be dry-land based activities, led by the strength coaches. Jenna will be at the workouts on M/W and I will be there on T/Th to oversee what you guys are doing.

We still do not have word on how the fall season will look, so as of now, plan as if it will happen as usual. As soon as I have more information, I will let you know.

Return to Play Survey

Yesterday the Appleton Area School District approved the "Return to Play" proposal set forth by the Activities Directors from the 3 area public high schools. Here is a link to the essentials from the proposal for your review: 

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GQ8v3jRYSbdeZyNblJRwB5GgEsr7DjtY/view?usp=sharing. I have created a survey for those who are INTERESTED in participating to fill out. Participation is OPTIONAL and it will NOT be held against anyone who does not feel like participating. 

At this point, I do not know exactly how things will be set-up. My hope is I am able to be the one coaching you and the groups will be just swimmers, however I cannot promise that will be the case. With that being said, if you are at all interested, please fill out the survey. Filling out the survey does not bind you to coming, if you think you are interested and after the procedures are finalized and it doesn't seem like something you would want to do, then you are not obligated to sign-up. However, if you do not think this is something you would like to participate in or you know you will not be able to participate on a regular basis, then please do not fill out the survey. How things are arranged will be based off of the number of athletes that are interested in participating.

Hello Appleton North Swimmers and Families!
Welcome to your team blog! Please try to get in the habit of checking in on this page weekly during the summer as it is the best way to get information to the entire team. I am working on getting the "subscribe" button to work, once I do each time I post something on the page, you will get it in email. As soon as I have it figured out, I will send out instructions.
From now until the season gets started, I will be posting reminders on this page. I will continue to use this blog to post meet recaps and other fun information. There are tabs for our practice and meet schedule, as well as links to the forms that need to be turned in BEFORE our first practice.   The coach and captain page will be updated with photos and bios soon--stay tuned!
